There are many pros to this company. Too many to list, and I'd prefer not to be specific. Keep the focus on low level staff and not just on upper management. The staff are your life force.

Good location and great colleagues
Cons
Ended up being given tasks and projects that no one else could do, that I was not qualified or experienced in, and ended up getting a poor appraisal because I couldn't do the job. I am not a systems analyst but that's what I had to do with no help or support.
