      Pros

      Always put the residents first. Great work environment. Beautiful setting Staff for the most part gets along with each other.

      Cons

      Way behind the times. Not innovative at all. Big decisions that need to be made take way to long for the board to approve. Lower pay than most places. Management is totally disconnected from the line staff

      -nice area by lake -facility does best job to go the extra mile for its residents

      -not flexible with some schedules -lower than average pay -teamwork of workers not always the best -very strict with policies
