Pros

Absolutely no pros at all

Cons

The vibe in this company is very negative and unfriendly. Management exhibited very passive-aggressive behavior on a daily basis which made for a very uncomfortable work atmosphere. The training was terrible and done in an unprofessional manner. Managements desire to micromanage every conversation you have both on and off the phone is beyond insanity. The company severely lacks integrity and encourages their employees to be dishonest to customers. The building is infested with rodents so do not expect to work in a healthy or safe atmosphere if you have allergies. Mouse droppings were everywhere. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working at, do yourself a HUGE favor and do not accept a job working here.

Embrace the “Golden Rule.” Be understanding, caring and treat others as you would wish to be treated.” Our fourth core value is “Do More With Less. Always look for ways to improve being resourceful, creative and efficient.” Our fifth core value is to “Pay Special Attention to Detail”. It’s the smallest of details that customers notice and will want to come back for more”. Our sixth core value is to “Build a Happy Team and Family Spirit. We often spend more time with each other than we do with our families. We encourage a warm and friendly atmosphere. Work together, play together…we are family!”. Our seventh core value is “Pursue Growth and Learning. We will not stop our efforts to be educated and share our experiences for the benefit of others. We will encourage our team to grow both personally and professionally and help them unlock and utilize their full potential”. Our core values are intended to ensure that we are not only the provider of choice for residential heating, cooling, plumbing and electric; repair, maintenance and installation services but that we are also the employer of choice in our industry as well. I accept your advice to look at ourselves. All employees now have quarterly meetings with their direct report as we all as a separate meeting with our Recruiting and Retention Manager. We realize that we already have the best employees in our industry working for us and that we stand by our commitments to keep our team happy and that we support each team members personal development and growth goals. There is no pros they donot give a crap about you and will fire you without any explanation

Cons

The vibe at this place is very unfriendly they donot stick to there own core values

Dear Reviewer I realize perception is reality and this response is not meant to sway your opinion, it's simply an offer to help you with your job search. We do not hire quickly. We have a four-stage interviewing process where candidates are tested and background check for both job skills and for culture fit. We are also now offering trial hires for new candidates so they can come to work here for a day or a week, or even up to two weeks depending on the position, and experience first-hand how we take care of our customers. Then both parties, Jones Services and the candidate can decide if this is a good fit for both of us. We always look for a win-win situation. We are the right company for you and you are the right employee for us. Our four stages of interviewing plus our trial hires are all designed to prevent a mis-hire. We want every employee to have a happy and successful career at Jones Services. I’m sorry we were not doing trial hires back in July if this would have prevented a mis-hire at that time. Manipulative

Pros

plenty of hours, great install teams, great people in the warehouse, lead installers get a company truck

Cons

management is very manipulative and is not below lying to you to get you to do what they want. Will not respect work life balance.
