Pros
The best thing is the casual dress code and free lunch. The majority of the people are very nice to work with
Cons
They do not believe in giving cost of living increases and merit raises are practically unheard of. They like to say the company is "owned by the emplyees" however the majority of the shares are held by people who no longer work here or are retired and there's no shares left for newer employees to purchase.
