      Pros

      Great culture, great leadership, Career-track opportunities.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but less in-person informal mentorship now that deal teams are more hybrid with seniors traveling and working more from home. Juniors who live in NYC come in every day. Also a pro given people can be productive from anywhere.
