      Upper Management has been poor and the company has suffered for it.Don't make your career here.

      Pros

      - Good IT - Casual Office - Most Co-Workers are Friendly - History of Company - Diversity of markets you get to work in

      Cons

      - No Pay Increases - Excessive Turnover with no backfill - Many, many people including upper management have quit so experience lost - No Fun perks at all - Healthcare benefits were slashed - Limited training and chance for advancement

      A Company With Many Issues

      Pros

      Good location. The plant has been there since the 1940's and is interesting.

      Cons

      Some very toxic people work at Jorgensen starting right at the top of the chain in Seattle. Dishonesty, lack of integrity, lies, betrayal and the blame game are the day-to-day way of doing things. The company has been hanging by a thread for many years and the best people have moved on to better places leaving the toxic ones behind. The consensus among employees is that at least one of the two executives is not qualified to be there and the fallout on the company has been significant. It will not flourish under the current management.

      Pros

      New CEO and HR Director are changing the culture for the better, slowly but steadily. It's a nice change and it feels great to be part of the process.

      Cons

      Resources are still tight but sales are way up. We need to keep staffing ahead of what we know is coming.
