      Pros

      Great staff, very collaborative. Everyone is very nice and upbeat. They have fun events for staff with lots of opportunities for bonding

      Cons

      The company has been struggling since COVID so cash flow is a problem. Couldn’t give everyone paychecks on time

      Great capabilities. Good workforce. Provided for a good balance between work and home life.

      Cons

      Short sighted. No long term strategic plan. Focus was on immediate high revenue short term generating projects with small client base. Failed to invest in company structure to generate long term OEM client base.

      Nice location in Florida. That's all.

      One day I had a meeting where may work was praised by two lead engineers. One hour later my agency said I was done. No explaination.
