Pros
Salary and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Nepotism - owner's family and friends have stronghold on company hierarchy and direction (or lack there of) Misdirection - when a program begins to pick up traction, they will pull the plug and put their focus somewhere else. when the higher management tells a peer or direct report where the company is headed or what is next, you can rest assured that what actually happens will be anything but that. Lack of Support - training program is laughable, trainers are unsupportive and antagonizing. No Accountability - starting at the top, managers point the finger elsewhere and differ reponsibility. Disregard for Quality of Life - this one speaks for itself. hours are long, and working on days off is a commonplace. Poor senior management - A collection of owner's colleagues who spend more time in a pissing match than a productive scenario.
