There are some genuinely good and talented people working here, and the office environment is fine. You do get a decent staff discount, which is useful if you're a fan of the products, though the quality often doesn't live up to the price tag.

Cons

Management style is toxic, with favouritism dictating who gets ahead. There's no clear direction from the top, leadership seems far more interested in self-promotion than in actually developing their teams. When things go wrong, don't expect to be supported. Managers are quick to throw people under the bus rather than stand behind their teams. Goalposts shift constantly, making it impossible to work towards anything meaningful.

Office is nice and good location Snacks and fruit Free item on joining and discount

Cons

Sold a dream of flexiwork however the management check if everyone has logged on by 8am. Also forced to come into the office if you have to take a day wfh Felt like school. No headphones allowed in the office but no one speaks to each other so it’s silent all day Everyone is terrified of the owners
