      1. The selection process is not that difficult... They have many branches - so you can work in different locations 2. The company is a 100+ years aged firm. They are public limited company...

      Cons

      1. Marwadi management - they don't care about anything except money. Very poor employee privilege, medical insurance etc.... 2. They don't invest in new technology. They have some existing customers and they work with them. No growth 3. They are providing below average basic salary, below average EPF etc... 4. Offices looks like old government offices

      Some morons running this organisation, they don't have any corporate structure. Asper their release letter person could not join the competitor at least for 6 months.

      for fresher, it may good. learn and leave. do not stick for company more than 2 year

      Cons

      no action, simply listen and give justification, partiality towards employee action to be takem against employee who do injustice to company, rather , they give very good increment to that person say 10k/pm even though, from him ,company lossing order, no promotion, increment is peanuts
