      - Create your own schedule (Flexibility) - Help students celebrate milestones (Fulfilling) - Network of reps to connect with & learn from (Growth)

      Cons

      - Sometimes the parents/customers have unrealistic expectations in an Amazon world - expecting custom products to be fulfilled in one days notice (However you learn to set the right expectation)
