-Extremely discriminating -Everything is done last minute and not organized -E-commerce team is horrible and has no experience -CFO and management do not care About employees or warehouse -Negative work environment -Constant gossip talking amongst co workers -Owner is bearly involved in what’s actually going on in her business only approves new items but has no idea of the negative atmosphere of the company

The GM is awful You have no voice at this company The CEO is a narcissist and very passive aggressive. Upper management is extremely unprofessional There is no discretion at ALL. It is the most toxic environment you’ll ever work in. GM, Executive Directors and HR will scream and yell at you. You will be bullied and mistreated if your a target.
