Pros

Employees are very nice when you are not talking about work. Relaxed working environment. It will fell like a second family but you have to watch your back all the time.

Cons

- Awful pay they don't offer bonuses or raises. - Way to many VP's and Senior VP's. - The operations management has no experience or understanding of anything other then magazines. - Employees aren't appreciated. They will put the blame on you when you're not to blame at all. - While I was there they were trying to make it in the digital industry and by the looks of it they will never make it. This company is going to crash and burn if they don't make major changes. - They outsource everything. They can't keep employees long enough to do everything in-house so they have to contract and freelance just about everything they do. - They have meetings just to have more meetings. I have never seen so much disorganization in my life.

Pros

Flexible hours and relaxed environment. The office is well decorated and well maintained but lacks personality shine to the management's policies on decorating. Free coffee.

Cons

Salaries are on the low end and raises are laughable. With less than 100 employees and almost 20 Vice Presidents this organization will die a slow death. Terrible leadership and no strategic plan. This company is doomed, following an outdated business model and losing major clients left and right.

Pros

Not many pros - If you want an inflated title like VP or Director this is the place to get that on your resume - but you'll have to give up salary. Ask for it upfront - once in you go nowhere.

Cons

Everything about this company is fake (even a couple of the positive reviews below - lol they are word for word tag lines I heard in working there). The managers are abusive to each other. In fact, they are abusive to anyone they deem a threat. They will steal credit for your ideas and hard work.
