Small boutique, close knit staff, friendly customers, chill work environment

Cons

Not enough hours. Was supposed to be full time, but eventually only got scheduled 1-2 days a week, so I left. They often leave one person to work alone running the store and doing everything by themselves.

A few dedicated and hardworking individuals on the team. Unfortunately, beyond that, there are no positives to highlight.

Cons

The work environment is toxic, highly disorganized, with poor leadership and a culture that discourages open communication. Constructive feedback is often ignored or met with hostility. Leadership fails to provide clear direction, and professional boundaries are not respected, with employees expected to be available at all hours via their personal phones. Morale is low due to frequent turnover, increased workloads, and unexpected salary cuts. There is no HR department to address concerns, and employee benefits have been reduced without notice. With so many employees leaving or being let go, many roles remain unfilled, forcing the remaining staff to take on responsibilities beyond their job scope.
