Management (CEO/Chief Pilot/ Assistant Manager) are abysmal. You only hear from they when things are wrong, and if there is something they don’t Ike they will let the issue sit for months until they are ready to explode and then let loose on the staff. The CEO thinks the Pay is good, maybe better than their competitors but he apparently doesn’t know how to do simply math because the surrounding schools pay around 25%+ more. The maintenance is perhaps the worst part of this company. The majority of the aircraft are leased to the company so the owners of the aircraft have no incentive to actually care for their aircraft, it’s all about money. This led to countless problems with aircraft that drove my students to other schools, even leading to several in flight emergencies and one crash that is under FAA investigation. The worst part about this is that the company did not attempt to improve their processes.
