      Great pay and work doesn't come home with you.'

      Cons

      It can be frustrating. Rotating shifts that have no rhyme or reason. Lines often run bad and management doesn't seem to care until problems get bigger than they need to.

      Pros

      Could leave work early during slow season.

      Cons

      Being forced to work overtime and not getting any compensation for it. Workload would double and sometimes triple and again receive no incentives. Never received a bonus the entire time I was there, and most days during Mandatory overtime we wouldn't have time for a lunch. Overall we were over worked and not appreciated.
