      Pros

      team is very young, and my team leader is very open-minded and supportive of my work. The work pace is fast, and the location and office environment are beautiful. I really enjoy collaborating with all peers, the office coffee is great, and I can even bring my pet to work.

      Cons

      The development is fast-paced, there's a lot of information, and I need to stay more focused and familiarize myself with simpler processes.
