So many, micromanagement, abuse of power, insulting employees, making employees think they are worthless. I have been working in my field for 22 years with no issue. I came here reluctantly and I was so upset by the way employees were treated I decided today to write a review to help others not work here unless they need to until they find a more suitable job, because in a matter of days after you are employed the turmoil will begin. You may think it is you not JPay, working 10 hour days and then to be told to come in on weekends if you are behind will take a toll on your health. I left when I realized you are being set up to fail. JPay management are too full of themselves to realize they are creating a hostile environment. Trust me, if you are doing your best and you feel maybe its you, it is not. Be quiet, smile and get out.

Micro management to the greatest degree. It almost seems like they have adopted their client's mentality approach to their business.
