- Huge amount of freedom and responsibility in roles - you're given clear goals and objectives and are trusted to totally own the execution of those - A great, really inspiring team to work with who you know you can rely on day to day to get things done and work towards a common goal - Quarterly team socials and the annual Ski Trip are huge perks, we also have private healthcare and a monthly wellness allowance
Cons
The hours, evening and weekend work that comes with working in the industry and at a high-growth startup aren't massively sociable so if you aren't 100% in it, this probably isn't the place for you
