Cons

Poor, inhumane HR policy. Inflexible. Not mother/child friendly. It is very difficult to get off work if you have a last-minute family event or doctor's appointment.

long hours if you want to succeed. some other developers have not had the same positive experience. salary is not competitive and takes a lot of work to build up.
