      Pros

      A benchmark for rock bottom. It's impossible to go lower in life and career after working at Juhll. Cool office.

      Cons

      If you're thinking of working at Juhll, and you read these reviews, and you raise a concern, the owners will completely dismiss the reviews as "sour grapes", or, get aggressive and try to shame you for even looking at Glassdoor. The company is run by a husband and wife team. They have extremely awkward fights in front of employees and often contradict each other. I felt like they were sexist towards me and other female employees. The irony is, they believe they are pro-woman, but they're doing it wrong. They're extremely passive aggressive, two-faced, and just plain mean.

      Pros

      The amount I have learned from working at Juhll is incomparable and I have always been provided with the opportunity to create my own path. The Exec team is incredibly smart and work with you on achieving your career goals at this agency. They have an open door policy which allows us to utilize their strengths and experience to combat any weaknesses. Free weekly lunches, ability to work remote, and holiday time off are all added bonuses. Plus the team adds to the work environment with pot lucks, office parties and happy hours. Work remote? They'll conference you in so you don't miss the party.

      Cons

      As a small agency, you have to work hard. You wear multiple hats and are challenged to learn new things. The flexibility and added benefits of working at a large corporation are not available at this level usually but the loyalty and understanding of developing a personal relationship with the CEO and President allow you flexibility as needed.
