      Salary, 401k and the convenience.

      Cons

      Layoffs and difficulties. Structures continue to make less sense and people have fully ventured into areas they are not equipped to. Travis is new but there is little confidence in the other Executives. Supporting areas like Finance and Human Resources have been protected which has caused bad feeling.

      Hybrid working, benefits and facilities.

      Cons

      SCM is a prime example of why staff get frustrated. Somebody gets to be VP because they had a friend here, they didn’t do a good job yet they got a promotion to Chief and did another number on things. The lack of knowledge and capability could not be more obvious yet for reasons unknown they are here. The Marketing situation is another one which should have been dealt with already.
