Poor management, pretty clear hierarchy

There are so many downsides working for Julius Rutherfoord especially for Head Office staff, the MD and FD only focus on making and saving money from employees wages and charging clients more than expected without them knowing, they set KPIs that are not logical straining their long term employees by putting more pressure on them. The CS department are not professional and very childish, they are also very arrogant especially with foreigners who do not speak English within the company providing a bad service. The HR department especially from the latest team as the new HR director took a toll on the whole of the HR department which were absolutely incredible and understanding but now they use all other busy departments to conduct their work for them. It's a really bad company who do not follow their values and do not care about people, very toxic environment!
