Pros

Probably no pros for this job

Cons

Staff are disrespected so badly, the wage is horrendous for what your expected, you spend the whole day running around trying to keep the shop to a high standard whilst reaching a stage to make orders, clean machinery and serve customers. The clean up at the end of the day is heavy labor left to one or two staff members, the workload is heavy and if you aren't done on time you're not paid for any extra. There's no communication between staff and management, you're simply a disposable number to them so they have very little care for your wellbeing. Basically, if youre not happy, see you later. Their product is also of very low standard, and over priced, they are promoting themselves as a health focussed brand yet sell smoothies packed full of sugar ridden frozen yoghurt, shop bought juice and frozen fruit and you're supposed to feel comfortable selling this to customers who think they are making good health choices

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We would be interested in talking this through to try and clear up and resolve some of the issues you have had. If you can make contact with the MD in head office he would appreciate it.

Pros

Only pro from working here is that you make great friends for life. the staff really are what makes your day here.

Cons

• management do not appreciate staff, problems with being underplayed always, no matter the work put in you won’t be appreciated •constant new rules being put in place when the old rules are barely manageable. •money gets deducted from pay for ridiculous reasons. • not payed enough for the work we do and the conditions we are in.. • shops are extremely small for 6/7 people working in them , no area to have a break we were left to have our lunch outside on the floor. • if u request a holiday or a day off it is often denied or the manager will give out about it even if you are entitled to it.
