      Great side gig for a college student

      Did not have proper training, thrown into coaching with little instruction. Caught on quick, but more guidance would be helpful

      Pros

      Work the hours you want. Multiple sports. Some paid drive time possibly. Nice phone app.

      Cons

      Some locations were an hour away. No real training by the staff. All curriculum was online on OJT. Some of the young employees didn't work very hard or help out. Not many hours. Only one t shirt provided that was too small.
