Good place if you are looking to just work your shift and go home.

Cons

Poor communication, low morale, passive aggressive upper management, poor quality of life, no manager development, favortism. No bonus plan, no manager review. Pay increases are not annual nor by performance.

Some really amazing managers, the GM especially is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to assist you. Some amazing coworkers. Amazing name to have on your resume, Juniors is a NY classic and just about every person loves it.

Cons

Some really horrible managers. Some customers can be extremely difficult. Winter is very slow. The restaurant is huge, two kitchens on opposite ends. You will get your steps in working here.
