      You'll learn a lot about new recipes and foods

      Cons

      Poorly managed and expects more work from you than your paid to do, they don't care about personal affairs either, they will bring you in for an 8 hour shift and send you home after 4. Terrible management all around.

      Pros

      Great people, great concept, great culture. Easy restaurant environment to work in where you are treated like a human. With love, dignity and respect. The opened on in North Carolina and I hear that one is the same great place.

      Cons

      Lack of growth and lack of direction from the CEO. The engagement level is inconsistent making for some frustrating situations.
