The core product is already built, but instead of focusing on improvement or innovation, leadership is obsessed with rushing to capture market share. There's zero focus on learning or team development. Micro-management is rampant. Hiring and firing happen frequently and without transparency.

Cons

Toxic environment, poor leadership, zero ownership, no growth opportunities, lack of vision. Constant firefighting and blame-game work culture. Team morale is low, and there's no room for fresh ideas or feedback. Work-life balance is non-existent.
