      Experienced product management managers which is good

      Cons

      Operation is disaster, bad management with unprofessional work force. old lighting company mindset and refuse to change. there are many unprofessional mangers/directors across engineering and supply chain. They are the real roadblocks but top management did nothing about it. Hopefully Acuity will set them straight.
