      close to home & pay

      Cons

      micromanaging environment, no trust or assumption of good will towards employees, long hours, leadership was lacking. the work load was more for a HR assistant, filing, making copies, shredding etc. if you went to the effort to use glassdoor to assess this company - you are better off not working there.

      Pros

      Excellent leadership, if you like direct and fast pace direction to help prepare you for a competitive work environment with quick teaching abilities this is a great place to get it. The hours are great along with the pay! Management allowed me to stand on my own two feet while still guiding me in the right direction. Im thankful for the opportunity I had to be mentored by the leader of the HR department.

      Challenging at times due to lots of interruptions by employees.

      A rollercoaster was ok before new management. But now we have people with no experience in charge.

      Good insurance looks good on your resume they will train you on all equipment you get 401k after a year and they have a union

      Cons

      Underpaid very dangerous unclean environment dusty most of the equipment is no good and constantly in need of repair which limits doing certain parts of the job
