Pros

Good management staff that are a pleasure to work with and a lovely environment to work in and beautiful place also

Cons

Customers can be a challenge to please but that comes with the job. I like the challange so nothing more i can say thats bad

Can't find any. Even the so called staff benefits are a joke

Cons

Very high turnover You are not valued as an employee. they don't care about you at all you are just a number Poor training Poor management Initiatives are not welcomed No progression or personal development

Pros

Loved the venue Progression if you work hard Plenty of opportunity to see other properties in the portfolio

Cons

High staff turnover Very poorly managed from top to bottom Very little money spent on properties so leaves you embarrassed of your product.
