      Worst company ever

      Pros

      Macbook pro. Nice logo and badges. Strong new CRO.

      Cons

      Clueless management , multiple changes in direction. Double digit churn. No market fit after 4.5 years. No real understanding of customer base or product direction. No commitment to staff with multiplayer layoff rounds this year. Signed a new HQ and organised a mid-year sales ‘Homecoming’ then riffed 50% of the company.

      Cons

      The company used to have a good culture, but that is no longer true. The leadership team is clicky and there's no transparency. No strategy and a lack of clarity on where the company is headed.

      I truly loved everyone that I worked with at JupiterOne. I felt as if it was a full team effort when it came to our go-to-market strategy.

      Cons

      J1 has always emphasized the importance of diversity. However, with the restructuring of the sales org, new guys were brought in that all used to work together. They aren't bad people by any means, I just wish leadership would've taken the time to hire someone with a diverse background, rather than these country club type guys. From my perspective, most minorities felt undervalued and looked over, despite the vast experience they brought to the table after being with the company for much longer.
