Pros

everything i dislike here, please don't join this company, it has a toxic work culture

Cons

I had a deeply disappointing experience working at this company, marked by multiple issues: Toxic Work Culture: The work culture was extremely unhealthy, showing little understanding of employee concerns. Working here felt like a slow poison that affected my well-being over time. Inflexible and Exhausting Schedule: The company only observes the 2nd and 4th Saturdays as off-days, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays being mandatory workdays. This schedule further contributed to burnout. Unprofessional and Unavailable Management: The management structure consists of just a few key individuals, with Vikas Sawant, the co-founder and senior manager, at the forefront. He was typically only available in the office until 2 or 3 pm, often leaving for personal activities like swimming and cycling. However, after 7 pm, he would start messaging employees for end-of-day reports, which disrupted his work-life balance. Vikas handled all employee matters directly, even though he would refer to HR as a contact point, but HR held little authority. His temper was also an issue—on one occasion, he publicly yelled at an employee in the office, which was shocking and unprofessional. Unqualified and Untrained Workforce: The company’s hiring practices focus on interns and freshers with little to no experience and a complete lack of training. Employees are expected to learn everything independently in minimal time. Incompetent HR: HR, specifically Binni, appeared to have minimal influence and was often unresponsive to employee messages and concerns, with Vikas taking control of most decisions. To anyone considering joining this company: I would strongly advise against it, as my experience here was overwhelmingly negative and unsupportive of employee well-being.
