I'm an employee of JuriSolutions, contracted with a client as a legal clerk. There was steady communication when I first began. The staff is friendly and professional.
They're as flexible as the client allows.
I love the weekly paydays.
Decent vacation time but you have to be employed a year before it is available for your use.
Cons
After a short time, the communication dropped off. They're responsive when I send messages, but they're not proactive at all.
There isn't communication between my JuriSolutions supervisor and my on-site supervisor, which makes my 'chain of command' difficult to navigate.
The insurance isn't very good/affordable.
There is no limit to what you can achieve here. Hard work is rewarded with both financial compensation and respect as a colleague and as an equal. Everyone pools together to achieve company goals. It is a collaborative environment with no big I's and little you's. The open door policy is one of mutual respect and value for ideas and contributions. The clients are pleased with our work and there are opportunities to travel. It is also a family environment. I enjoy my days and evenings here.
Cons
I'm sure there are some cons that I will discover but I haven't really found any that are significant enough to write down.
