      Pros

      I have been working for this company for the past two years, and it has been an amazing experience so far! The key highlight is the culture inside Just Insure. All team members are very friendly and approachable. There's potential to grow as a professional with individual guidance and available resources to leverage skills.

      Time zone difference between London and Los Angeles.

      -Great team, driven by the mission of making car insurance more accessible -Get to work on an innovative product and data science is central to the innovation. -Get to play with super interesting telematics data -Management is nice and genuinely care about employees

      Not much. It's a small, young company so some of the processes and infrastructure you get at a more mature company don't exist yet.
