- development (company is developing wih a rocket speed, so am I) - full remote - salaries paid in time - administration is open to discussion, critics etc. - company's product is valuable and useful for clients (online education on a modern platform is great nowadays)

Cons

- there are no face-to-face team meetings

1. you can choose the time you want to work and your employment 2. you can have a good salary 3. you have a good developed platform with ready-made materials 4. you have good colleagues

Cons

There are very few cons, but sometimes poor communication can ruin lessons. Also, it can be difficult to work in the absence of light. Sometimes there may be difficult students (but they are very few).
