Pros

Wonderful local team. Rewarding helping patients.

Cons

They preach Diversity & Inclusion but that is nowhere to be found. No support from corporate team or micromanagement, there is no inbetween. All choices made for the company go through a team of maybe 4 people at most. HR is currently barebones. There is no guidance then questions as to why things are not done a certain way. No job security within the company, salary employees working 80 hours a week during short staffing, then being rewarded by being left go. It's heartbreaking when your love your team but feel completely unappreciated for the work you put in.

Great industry starter job, but nothing else

Pros

-Good starter job to get into the industry before going somewhere else -Paid time off -Medical, Dental, Vision -On site security (though understaffed)

Cons

-Does not pay bills on time leading to shortages of basic supplies (employee checks always come through) -Fringe benefits when you start may be gone a couple of months later (not including PTO or medical coverages) -No sick leave (and they do not give additional PTO to compensate) -Company assertions that they value diversity and inclusion are token at best -Corporate does not value employee privacy per an email they sent out for no apparent reason that said "Employees have no expectation of privacy" among other things. -Stores are chronically understaffed so expect to work your butt off every day -Pay is not equal to the work. You can make the same amount or more working less at a fast food place, depending on your position and the fast food place. -Number of hours scheduled were not consistent and changed at a moment's notice, so don't expect meaningful paycheck stability -Medical/Vision/Dental coverages aren't really that great
