Pros

Coworkers are true salt of the earth that care about these brands. Camaraderie. Legendary brands in the business. The history. Decent pay.

Cons

Current management is despicable. They know how to run a fashion footwear business but not a work western one. They are so antiquated and there’s no room for creative thinking. The two C-suite executives have created a culture of fear and stagnation. They openly talk crap about their employees, retailers, and partners so a spirit of mediocrity and negativity is rampant here. People work hard with changing directions from the top and little feedback so projects seem to fizzle out with no resolution. Communication is a major struggle. I fear we are headed no where quickly.
