      Favoritism is rampant and management lacks accountability

      The people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      The most toxic workplace I have worked at. A culture that promotes blame and pits people against one another. Management lacks experience and plays favorites among staff. They encourage politics and promotion is based on favourite level, not your actual ability. You are expected to work way more than your 40hours and for a low salary. The best people are leaving rapidly; turnover is almost as high as the hiring.

      Chaotic leadership, stressful work environment

      I'm surrounded by competent and collaborative co-workers.

      Cons

      Juvo has a chaotic leadership where most of our supervisors are disorganized. And having this kind of leadership means working in a stressful and messy work environment. I often have to work for extended hours because our supervisors don't efficiently and properly delegate tasks and responsibilities.

      The terrible supervisors here at Juvo spread toxicity in the workplace. They are often biased toward some employees, and they neglect most of us. Also, employees are often kept in the dark regarding important decisions that affect us the most. There are lots of better companies out there.
