Pros
The job entailed fun work with the Dogs in the daycare and in the kennel. The site manager was kind and open, employees were professional and nice to work with.
Cons
Owners were very overbearing and had really weird rules regarding company appearances towards the customers. He required no sitting, breaks were few and far between. He had cameras in the daycares for the dogs, but he expected us to be constantly working. No health insurance, 401k, paid time off, overtime pay or paid sick leave. The company would remove a cut from your paycheck to cover their cut of the Social Security Tax. Pay was $7.50-an-hour Typically you'd work 35 to 39 hours a week. Everyone was kept as Part-time so as the company didn't need to provide benefits.
