Management, many just sit in their offices and do not know you exist.
Very inconsistent in handling employee issues.

No room for growth, sabotaging managers, work environment is horrible, owners are self absorbed, "management" takes credit for employees concepts, unfair review's, unnecessarily long working hours due to poor management "communication".

1. Absolutely no room for growth- You will be stuck in the same position you were hired in for years and years.
2. No structure- there's one VP in charge of each department and then a bunch of little guys reporting to one person.
3. Small raises (if any at all)- even if your review went well and you are exceeding expectations, your boss will tell you: "good job but the company just can't afford to give people raises this year". This happens year after year after year.
4. Location- the office is located right in the heart of the ghetto. One of our employees even got mugged right in front of the office in our own parking lot!
5. Cheap- our holiday parties are held in a rent-a-tent in the parking lot. Yes, the same parking lot that someone got mugged in. Not to mention this party is held during work hours, and you have to go back to work once it's over! What a way to show appreciation to your employees...
