Stability and great work-life balance.

Pros

Nice job, great health insurance, like the best health insurance of all time. You don’t get paid as much though because of it. Management is decent. Work hours were great and they were very flexible between Work from Home and in the office.

Cons

If you have no ambition, this is your place. Not much innovation going on, nor is it encouraged. You’re just a cog.

The best bosses I have ever worked for. Flexible and fun workplace. Everyone seems happy to work here.

Cons

The pay is the one big thing that sucks here. The only reason anyone would probably leave is pay. And Management is stubborn to budge on it. Was discouraged to ask for higher pay.
