Cons

There is no HR Management to go to when you have issues! When you feel harassed and discriminated there is NO ONE to talk to about it. You cannot establish trust and confidentiality. HR is PRO management! If you send emails reporting your concerns it will be forwarded to the person you are reporting about! You will be asked to go talk directly to the person and settle your disputes! If you like to work in a company with non-existent HR then this is the place but you will feel miserable the whole time!

Good work environment, fun and knowledgeable work colleagues

Cons

Let down by ineffective senior management, very poor staff retention rates and not much in the way of promotion opportunities, and pay is towards the lower end of the pay scale for the industry and compared to the competition
