Underpaid and Overworked

Pros

Family culture of a small office attached to manufacturing. People are mostly sweet and good to work with. Some have been with the company for a very long time. Some have left and came back. Office staff mostly has some college education.

Cons

Many sales reps are are enabled to act nasty to office and manufacturing supporting staff; frequently outright rude and obnoxious, which is not frowned upon by leadership. Support staff are easily praised because, yet again, they've pulled a rabbit out of a hat and fulfilled yet another rush request (instead of managing customer expectations). Everyone is severely underpaid, way below industry standards.

Pros

Not sure what I can really say what the pros are, but I left because I couldn't afford my living expenses after working there for 5+ years. Luckily, I was able to find a job that meets the cost of living in the area.

Cons

The company does not give you yearly raises, regardless if you work there for 5 or more years. They will pay you the same wage they started you off with.
