Pros
Every person who works there is very nice and friendly. Management genuinely cares about its employees. They always say "Family First" and really mean it! It is a family run business and they treat ALL of their employees like family. The president doesn't sit in his own office, he sits and interacts with everyone every day. Very hard working, intelligent group of people comprise this company. I am proud to work here.
Cons
So far none. I enjoy going to work every day and hope to retire with K-Rain.
