-Good work/life balance -Higher than average pay -Great benefits & PTO policy
Cons
-Basically no training offered -Management is very critical of employees - if the CEO is unhappy with you, you will hear about it, but don't expect any positive reinforcement of even constructive criticism

They offer great commission plans and are quick to promote people who exceed goals
Cons
you must be self-driven, a lot of on the job training so this is not a good fit for anyone who needs a lot of training and management
