      Unprofessional Environment

      Pros

      The Admins, and sales reps who deal with the everyday office unprofessionalism just proves how much success those fellow individuals will have and how hungry they are for work.

      Cons

      Mistakes on paychecks, money missing. Don't trust managers, they lie a lot and only care about themselves. No Growth opportunity because the owners spend more time in the office then figuring out new strategies to better themselves. BAD OFFICE ODOR.

      Perfect Job for New Graduate

      Pros

      This is definitely a perfect fit for me. I am a recent graduate and I knew I wanted to just gain experience and move up in a company. This is a great place to start a career in business/marketing/advertising. These are all in my field - I wanted a company that could train me and get me great. I didnt want to work in a cubicle - I wanted to work with people. I love that I meet a ton of people throughout the day - def not a boring job. And I love my co-workers - we have a blast together

      Cons

      Hours are from 11:30-8:30. Doest work for everyone's schedule. But I personally like to sleep in and have mornings to get things done.
