Business outlook
Pros
Small company with owners that really care and know the business they are in. Very reasonable work schedule - I was not expected to work more than 40 hours per week without being compensated in some way.
Cons
Small company without all of the perks of a big company - no full-time HR, etc. Less than 10 co-workers so If you like a lot of water-cooler talk this may not be the place for you
