      A place to work if you're passionate

      Pros

      K2 was a great place to work and directly influence products that I am passionate about. Small staff means you get exposure to many different parts of the product design process.

      Cons

      Management was often lacking and didn't provide opportunities for advancement. Travel was more often than anyone would like and mandatory.

      Zero direction from top management 3 CEO's in 3.5 years Constant lay-offs or hiring freezes Up for sale... again Grossly understaffed for demands upper management puts on staff Zero ability to move up in the company unless your best friends with the CEO from the "good old days"
