constantly getting new employees that don't know what they're doing The boss is very very unprofesional Sometimes they can be too rough with the dogs No paid holidays but you still have to work No good benefits They take advantage of people who don't know their rights They don't appreciate anything you do Very little pay for so much work Bosses are super stingy with their money No room to grow If you want to grow in the company you have to pay them to become a trainer Very disorganized and always short staffed And it takes a year to get a 25 cent raise but nobody ever lasts that long

At the time of this review: management has no clue what they are doing. They are too stingy to pay employees so they cut everyone to the bare minimum hours. Now work usually done by 3 or 4 people are hurled on to 1 maybe 2 people(regardless if there are many boarding dogs or not). No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. Don't expect a raise, ever. Don't expect your voice to be heard by management.
